水の都、新潟市の街の中にあり、多くの命をはぐくむ鳥屋野潟。かつて、時代のうつり変わりに翻弄されて水辺の豊かさが失われてしまった過去を乗り越え、今日も潟は隣人たちにそっと寄り添い、豊富な水をたたえています。 Toyano lagoon in Niigata city, known as a ‘the city of water’, is home to many living creatures. In the past, development upset the delicate balance of its ecosystem, but the lagoon has quietly supported the lives surrounding it until the present day.
